Ulm's Manufactured Homes is a family owned business that has been in existence since 1968. We have a wide variety of new and used mobile homes or houses to purchase, rent, or rent to own. We have the affordable housing options that you are looking for, whether it be the perfect starter home, or your “empty nester” home, or anything in between. We have also teamed up with Skyline Homes to offer new single or double wide homes to purchase and set on your lot or ours.

 

Since our first mobile home community, known as "Ulm's Trailer Park", we have expanded to 5 communities. Four communities are located in Delphos, Ohio, and one is located in Van Wert, Ohio.
